About Us
The Association of Pastry Chefs is a Frendly Society founded in 1993 by a small group of Pastry Chefs working in the London Area.
The Purpose was to provide a network by which like minded Chefs could meet socially away from the pressures of the Industry.
It soon became apparent that other benefits would arise from such meetings, namely learning about new ideas and new products and the exchange of recipes.
Membership is now growing fast with applicants from all over the uk and abroad.
The Association consists of Full, Junior and Associate Members whom supply products and serices to the industry, which is controlled by a Committee of around 12 Members who work in and around London area.
There are also Honorary Members the Statesmen of our Profession.
Membership is only open to Pastry Chefs, Pastry Commis and to Companies supplying products and service for the Pastry Industry.
