Following the recent success of the British pastry team at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon, preparations are now in place for 2013.

In order to develop and promote the Pastry chef role within Great Britain and to showcase the skills and creativity of this role we are supporting Benoit Blin, President of the U.K team in his search the next team.

Benoit is looking for the best Pastry Chefs in the country to represent the UK at the next Coupe du Monde in January 2013. To do so, the UK Team will have to qualify in Paris at the 'Open des Desserts', in March 2012.

Your specialism could be Ice carving, Sugar work or chocolate work.
